Stephen is a founder member of Allander Noble, an executive recruitment firm established in Kent in 1997 to support the profitable development of owner managed businesses. Today Stephen directs a business with both national and international dimension with strong trading partners throughout mainland Europe

General Background

 

Stephen grew up in Wales - graduated from Swansea and entered recruitment as part of an international management consultancy. He has lived in North Kent since 1983, is married with two children and outside work he chairs a Police & Community Project in central Chatham.
